Job summary

Li Auto, a leading Chinese new energy vehicle company, invites a Finance Business Partner to support overseas country operations from Amsterdam. You will participate in country business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitable growth.

You will coordinate tax, audits, and external advisors, ensure compliance with local regulations, and implement headquarters' policies across international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, economics, or related field
• 5+ years in finance, finance BP, business analysis, or regional finance
• Strong budget management, business analysis, expense management, and risk control
• Familiarity with overseas business, multinational operations, or complex models is preferred
• Strong cross-departmental communication and project-driving skills
• English working proficiency; experience supporting overseas countries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial support of Li Auto's overseas country operations; participate in country business planning, budget management, and business analysis
• Support sales, marketing, delivery, after-sales, channel, and other teams in forecasting revenue, costs, expenses, and profits; provide recommendations for business decisions
• Responsible for country budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and business reviews; drive budget execution and resource investment optimization
• Establish a country business analysis mechanism and regularly output key business analysis reports covering revenue, gross profit, expenses, cash flow, etc.
• Coordinate tax, audit, legal, and external consultant resources to ensure country operations comply with local fiscal and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for capital planning, settlement coordination, account management, and related risk control
• Drive implementation and execution of headquarters' financial policies, processes, and systems within overseas country operation
• Identify and drive the resolution of financial risks, process issues, and management shortcomings in country operation
