Job summary

GAC Motor Europe, registered in Amsterdam, seeks an FP&A Supervisor to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the business. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years FP&A or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent Chinese and English.
• Automotive or multinational company experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling; BI tools/dashboard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and support regular forecasting and performance tracking.
• Conduct financial and business performance analysis, including budget vs. actual variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other functions to support pricing, profitability analysis, commercial policies, and business decision-making.
• Prepare and update country-level P&L forecasts and monitor key financial and operational indicators.
• Support transfer pricing monitoring and other finance-related compliance requirements.
• Apply knowledge of accounting, taxation, and treasury to support business teams in resolving complex cross-functional issues.
• Improve FP&A processes, financial models, reporting, and analytical tools.

We are currently looking for FP&A Supervisor, the final title and level (Supervisor vs. Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's background, experience, and interview assessment. The details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and support regular forecasting and performance tracking.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business controlling, Finance BP, or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to use financial expertise to solve complex business problems and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Automotive or multinational company experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, experience with BI tools, dashboard development, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Fluent Chinese and English are required.
