Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in financial services, ideally banking or regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of high-quality, accurate work.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure with solid organizational skills.
• CA qualification (or working towards) or Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with financial data.
• Proactive communication with stakeholders and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with deadlines and accuracy.
• Assist in statutory financial reporting, including disclosures and audit papers.
• Execute accounts payable processes including invoice processing and vendor support.
• Support finance workstreams across product implementation and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, escalating issues and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive automation and continuous improvement.
