You'll be involved in a broad range of finance responsibilities, from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to reconciliations, month-end closing, reporting, and financial administration. At the same time, you'll help identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen our financial controls as we continue to professionalise our finance function.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who enjoys working accurately, collaborating with others, and wants to grow into a broader finance or controlling role over time

  • Processed Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accurately and on time.
  • Supported the month-end and year-end closing activities together with the Finance team.
  • Maintained accurate financial records and completed bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepared invoices, credit notes, payment reminders, and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Helped monitor outstanding payments and followed up on open invoices when needed.
  • Supported audits by keeping financial documentation organised and up to date.
  • Worked with colleagues across the business to answer finance-related questions and support daily operations.
  • Contributed ideas to improve finance processes and help the team work more efficiently.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations.
  • Experience working with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Comfortable working with finance and business systems. You'll work with Exact, Elvy, Salesforce, ING Bank, and Google Drive as part of your day-to-day activities.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.
