Job summary

Brewer Morris in Amsterdam seeks a Finance Operations Administrator to support the launch and ongoing operations of its newest site. This role blends finance, payroll, HR administration, compliance and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end processes, liaise with local management and international stakeholders, ensure accurate records, assist with month-end close, VAT and tax compliance, and help with reporting, supplier management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative, finance, payroll, or HR support roles.
• Experience in international or logistics-focused organisations is advantageous.
• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Administration: manage invoicing, records, month-end close support, CapEx and tax compliance assistance.
• HR & Payroll: coordinate payroll data, HR administration and onboarding support, liaise with external payroll/advisors.
• Compliance & Reporting: support statutory reporting, tax obligations, and prepare management reports.
• Business Operations: assist with reporting for European HQ and general office admin.
