Cognizant Netherlands is seeking a Field Technician to support the hardware systems life cycle for camera infrastructure worldwide, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and disassembly.

You will travel up to 70% (domestic and international), use hand and power tools, assist test/data collection, and help engineers with guides and knowledge bases. The role offers strong learning, international exposure and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Field Technician.
Willingness to travel up to 70% (domestic and international).
Valid driving license with clean record.
Knowledge of hand tools and light power tools.
Understanding of wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing (CRM).
Familiarity with Linux and G-Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support hardware systems life cycle (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, disassembly).
Remote support of fleet systems and data collection.
Assist engineering teams with test and data collection projects.
Hardware maintenance and failure analysis.
Train and support new hires on hardware operations.
Manage spare hardware and tools procurement.
Coordinate with teams to ensure effective hardware support.
Review and produce technical guides to improve the knowledge base.
Develop solutions for hardware operation challenges.
