Job summary

Scripta Consulting is seeking an Outside Field Technician for the Netherlands. The role is field-based, customer-facing, and located in The Hague.

You will travel to customer locations for hands‑on service, diagnose mechanical/hydraulic issues, and provide remote support when possible. The position requires a Dutch-speaking technician who can work independently, respond quickly to customer needs, and participate in a rotational weekend standby.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch is required and fluent English is a must.
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanics and hydraulics, with basic electronics.
• Experience with professional coffee equipment is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and participate in weekend standby.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on service and troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Work with basic electronics and provide remote support by phone.
• Coordinate with service/planning for on-site dispatch.
• Provide on-site training and help share knowledge internally.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Operate independently with limited supervision.
• Participate in weekend standby rotations.
