Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Field Technical Service Manager in Amsterdam to bridge science, business, and customer needs within the Animal Health portfolio. You will lead technical support, translate insights into value, and collaborate with field sales teams and internal groups to drive innovation while staying compliant.

The role requires veterinary expertise, experience in trial design, and strong communication skills in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

Requires veterinary degree with ability to interpret scientific data for business decisions.
Experience communicating complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical leadership for AH portfolio in field and office settings.
Translate veterinary and production insights into value for customers and business.
Develop training content, technical bulletins, and sales tools.
Ensure promotional materials meet regulatory and legal standards.
Build external partnerships with veterinarians, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.
