As Field Technical Service Manager, you will play a key role in bridging science, business, and customer needs within our Animal Health (AH) portfolio.
You will provide expert technical leadership for both existing and pipeline products, translating veterinary and production insights into meaningful value for customers and the business.
Acting as a trusted partner to veterinarians and internal teams, you will deliver high-quality scientific support, foster strong stakeholder networks, and help shape strategic portfolio decisions.
In this dynamic, field-facing role, you will collaborate across functions locally and internationally to drive innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize impact—always within a compliant and responsible framework.
This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the BU Head of Companion Animals AH.
It is a customer‑facing role in which you will spend about half of your time in the field.
