Advanced Sterilization Products is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install, validate, commission, maintain and repair advanced medical devices in hospitals across the territory. You will diagnose complex technical issues, provide on-site support, and train customers to ensure equipment performs safely and reliably.

This role requires 3+ years in technical or field service, strong troubleshooting, fluent English and Dutch, and comfort with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical service or field service role.
• Experience with medical devices or other highly regulated equipment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Good English and Dutch communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems and digital service tools.

Responsabilités

• Install, validate and commission new equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on medical devices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide exceptional on-site customer support and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Education and Technical Service teams.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in company systems.
• Manage tools, inventory and parts within your assigned territory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction activities.
