Lan Handling seeks a Mechatronics Field Service Engineer for Europe to support automated production lines across the Benelux region. You will travel to customer sites, perform preventive maintenance, fault analysis, and software/hardware upgrades while coordinating with service and engineering teams.

You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues, connect to machines remotely, and provide on-site support with a focus on reducing downtime and optimizing performance.

Qualificações

• Experience in a service organization or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of servo drives, robot software (KUKA/FANUC/ABB) and PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell/B&R).
• Knowledge in analyzing and solving mechatronic and electrical issues.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Isah).
• Customer/service orientation, decisiveness, problem solving, autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers remotely and onsite across Benelux.
• Review service requests and prepare for visits.
• Troubleshoot, analyze software, and minimize downtime.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and machine upgrades.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to teams.
