Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam seeks a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of about 12 reps. You will drive new business growth, expand Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands, and build a high-performance culture through hands-on coaching and regular feedback.

The role requires strong KPI, pipeline and CRM management and fluent Dutch and English. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading B2B or Field Sales teams (minimum 2 years).
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• A passion for new business sales and winning customers.
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems.
• A hands-on leadership style in the field with the team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 12 Field Sales Representatives.
• Drive new business growth and increase Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands.
• Build a high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce performance.
• Develop territory strategies that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisition.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve sales processes and customer experience.
