Job summary

Delta Electronics Netherlands is seeking a technical power supply engineer to identify and solve complex issues in lighting and e-mobility systems. The role involves visiting key accounts and partners to drive project opportunities and provide expert support for product training and problem resolution.

The candidate will bridge customer needs with R&D, analyze market trends, and contribute to feature development across EMEA. Extensive travel and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering.
• Min. 3 years hands-on power supply designing experience.
• Knowledge of power supply hardware and software (PMBus, CAN).
• Experience with power supply products promotion activity & market analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness.
• Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
• Track record of working independently.
• Frequent travelling required (3-4 times in a month).
• European driving license required.
• Understanding of different topologies used in power supply is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and other European languages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve technical problems related to lighting and E-mobility power supply products (wired and wireless).
• Frequent visits to KA and channel partners for new project developments.
• Support channel partners with identifying and solving technical problems.
• Provide introductions and trainings about power supply products to channel partners and key accounts.
• Conduct voice of customer for ACDC/DC-DC power supply products and bridge R&D with customers for new features.
• Handle customer failure requests with service department.
• Report on technology, industry applications and feature trends in the EMEA market.
