Job summary

Delta Electronics, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive growth for the industrial power supply portfolio across the EMEA region. You will bridge customers with global internal teams to deliver market-leading product strategy.

Fluent mandarin and English are required, and a power electrical engineering degree with 3+ years of product management is essential. You will lead market research, define requirements, support launches, and travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry

Qualifications

Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (mandatory).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption in Power Supply or Electronics.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain to define requirements and go-to-market plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, adjusting priorities as needed.
Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
Travel approximately 30% for customer visits and industry events.
