Innercrowd in The Hague is offering a Customer Success Internship where you'll join our tight-knit team from day one and gain real responsibility. You’ll work on campaigns, help ambassadors and organizers, and shape content for festivals and events.

You should be studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields, be fluent in Dutch with good English, and love social media. The role is 4 days/week, 5+ months, with an internship allowance and festival perks.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a related program (MBO/HBO/University)
• Fluent in Dutch with good English
• Excellent Dutch writing and tone of voice
• Active on TikTok and Instagram
• Creative and proactive
• Enjoy engaging with customers and online communities
• Hands-on, independent, eager to learn

Aufgaben

• Manage ambassador communities
• Set up ambassador campaigns and rewards
• Monitor inquiries from ambassadors and clients
• Review and approve ambassador submissions
• Create branded templates for festivals and events
• Brainstorm content ideas
• Write blog posts and create social content for TikTok and Instagram
