Job summary

Influentials in Rotterdam is offering a Customer Success internship. You’ll join a creative, fast-growing team and support clients and creators across the platform. From onboarding and campaign guidance to optimisation and evaluation, you’ll help shape campaigns and learn the influencer landscape.

Ideal candidates study marketing/communications and are fluent in Dutch and English, proactive, and comfortable collaborating or working independently. Internship allowance is €450/month.

Qualifications

• You're studying an HBO or WO programme in marketing, communications, media, or similar.
• You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
• You are solution-oriented and structured.
• You have affinity with social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
• You like to contribute ideas and take initiative.
• You enjoy collaborating but can also work independently.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients.
• Support admission of new creators.
• Help review campaigns and select creators.
• Support creator recruitment.
• Answer questions and solve challenges for clients.
