Job summary

Innercrowd in The Hague is offering a Customer Success Internship where you'll join our tight-knit team from day one and gain real responsibility. You’ll work on campaigns, help ambassadors and organizers, and shape content for festivals and events.

You should be studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields, be fluent in Dutch with good English, and love social media. The role is 4 days/week, 5+ months, with an internship allowance and festival perks.

OPPORTUNITY

Are you looking for an internship at a fast-growing startup where you'll do far more than just observe? Are you creative, socially engaged, and passionate about customer relations, festivals, events, and social media? Then we'd love to hear from you.

At Innercrowd, we help festival and club organizers turn their biggest fans into ambassadors. Through our platform, thousands of ambassadors promote and sell tickets for their favorite festivals and club nights. As an intern, you'll be a fully integrated member of our Customer Success & Marketing team from day one.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Intern at Innercrowd, you’ll become a key part of our team from day one. Every morning starts with a team stand-up where we discuss upcoming festivals, live campaigns, and how we can help our clients sell out their events.

Throughout the day, you’ll be in direct contact with ambassadors and event organizers, helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll support clients in launching campaigns, answer questions from ambassadors, review content submissions, and make sure every campaign runs smoothly. No two days are the same, and you’ll have a real impact on the success of some of the biggest festivals and events in Europe.

WHAT YOU’ll DO

You’ll support the Customer Success team across a variety of tasks, including:

• Managing ambassador communities

• Setting up ambassador campaigns and rewards within our platform

• Monitoring and responding to inquiries from ambassadors and clients

• Reviewing and approving ambassador submissions

• Creating branded templates for festivals and events

• Brainstorming impactful content ideas

• Writing blog articles and creating social media content for TikTok and Instagram

WHO ARE YOU

• You're currently enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or university program in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics, Creative Business, or a related field

• You're fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English

• You have excellent Dutch writing skills and a strong sense of tone of voice

• You're active on social media, especially TikTok and Instagram

• You're creative and proactive

• You enjoy engaging with customers and online communities

• You're hands-on, independent, and eager to learn
