Job summary

Crowne Plaza Maastricht is seeking an ambitious F&B Manager to lead the entire F&B team, including the restaurant Mangerie, the bar Le Club D’Artagnan, nine conference rooms and stewarding. You will manage the team and ensure high service standards.

You welcome guests per IHG standards and ensure your team does the same, handle complaints, and drive cost-saving initiatives while aligning with budgeting and inventory controls across outlets. Dutch and English language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in restaurant, bar, breakfast and banqueting
• Create the schedules and work schedules and ensure proper deployment of employees
• Determine staffing levels, recruit and appoint new employees, ensure adequate familiarisation, conduct appraisals
• Coordinate/arrange the execution of work
• Monitor the progress and execution quality of the work
• Handling complaints from guests
• Monitor realization, identify and adjust deviations
• Develop improvement actions; implement cost savings
• Provide data and proposals for budgeting and investments
• Coordinate and manage adequate inventory management
• Keeping prescribed records
• Collaborate operationally within the F&B outlets.

Job description

You will be responsible for the entire F&B team. The F&B outlets consist of our restaurant the “Mangerie”, the bar “Le Club D’Artagnan”, nine conference rooms and stewarding. You will manage the entire team. You are responsible for complaint handling. You ensure a positive relationship in the team and you support the team to achieve all F&B goals. You will welcome our guests according to our IHG standards and make sure your team does the same.
