Job summary

COS is seeking a Department Manager in Rotterdam to lead a dedicated team and create exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will drive service, product knowledge, and store presentation while overseeing daily operations and aligning with COS standards.

You will analyze sales data with the Store Manager, mentor Sales Advisors, and participate in recruitment and onboarding to develop talent and ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or department leadership experience.
• Ability to analyse sales data and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service through styling advice and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations aligning with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering best possible customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
