Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor for the Amsterdam boutique. You will maximize sales opportunities, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain CHANEL standards while nurturing brand loyalty and knowledge of RTW collections.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of luxury retail experience, are fluent in Dutch and English, and are driven, collaborative, and professional. This is a full-time role based in Amsterdam, offering a dynamic team environment and opportunities to grow within the CHANEL

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years shop floor experience in luxury/fashion.
• RTW experience is a strong asset.

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

• lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

• establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections

Position Requirements:

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion

• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Living in or around Amsterdam and full-time available
