Job summary

CHANEL Amsterdam is seeking a Fashion Advisor to maximize sales while upholding CHANEL standards, delivering an exceptional client experience and showcasing product knowledge. You will build lasting relationships, act as a brand ambassador, and collaborate with the team to create a luxurious shopper journey.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with at least 3 years in luxury fashion, living in or near Amsterdam and available full-time.

• RTW experience considered a strong asset

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

Position Requirements

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury
• You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person
• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Living in or around Amsterdam and full-time available
