Job summary

CHANEL Amsterdam boutique is seeking a Fashion Advisor to maximize sales opportunities, maintain CHANEL standards, and build lasting client relationships through excellent service, product knowledge, and teamwork on the shop floor in Amsterdam.

You will deliver a luxurious customer experience, drive client loyalty, and participate in trainings to uphold high selling skills and knowledge of RTW and CHANEL heritage.

Qualifications

• Successful shop floor experience in luxury/Fashion (3+ years).
• RTW experience is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all sales opportunities while upholding CHANEL standards.
• Create strong client relationships and brand loyalty through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Maintain personal presentation and teamwork at all times.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to clients.
• Engage with clients to convert walk-ins to brand ambassadors through energy and inspiration.
• Participate in training to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

Position Requirements:

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury

• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Living in or around Amsterdam and full-time available
