TNO in Delft is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to oversee multiple locations and ensure high-quality facility support. You will manage service providers, coordinate office moves, and contribute to security and cost control efforts.

The role requires a HBO-level facility management degree, strong Dutch and English skills, and willingness to travel to Haaglanden locations. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential for success at TNO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s HBO in Facility Management or equivalent.
• Experience in facility management processes within a large FM organization.
• Affinity with technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility services across locations, ensuring smooth operation.
• Lead progress meetings with suppliers (cleaning, catering, reception).
• Support contracting and supplier management, monitor budgets and space allocations.
• Provide guidance to on-site facility staff and coordinate office moves/ relocations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Site Manager to improve services.
