You will carry out technical work in a high-tech environment with an advanced level of safety, helping to enable research and innovations. A job with meaning and impact!

What will be your role?

As Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for hard services within our team, while the Service Coordinator focuses on soft services. You will work together closely with the Service Coordinator, providing the connecting links between technical management and service-oriented facility management. You will ensure good collaboration and communication, so that the client can always count on excellent technical and service performance. In addition, as Technical and Service Coordinators, you are also the key stakeholders in real estate and other projects. You will help provide input for the design and implementation of new projects. As Technical Coordinator, you will also be the point of contact for the department on site. You will make sure that services meet CREF and client performance requirements. You will be the link between CREF and the team, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. In your role as Technical Coordinator, you are also responsible for conserving, managing and maintaining specific assets connected to locations. In doing so, you will provide functional leadership to a Technical Assistant.

What we expect from you

As Technical Coordinator, you are a good listener and communicate clearly at all levels in the organisation, as well as with lessors and suppliers. And you do not shy away from critical questions. You are decisive and always have an eye for quality. In addition, you are able to convince colleagues and connect people with the right knowledge, so that they come up with good advice or effective solutions.
