Job summary

TNO is seeking a Technical Coordinator to oversee hard services within the Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team, ensuring high safety and quality standards in a high-tech environment.

You will direct contractors, coordinate with the Service Coordinator, and maintain assets across locations while contributing to new projects and on-site operations. A communicative, decisive professional is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• Engineering background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of regulations related to technical management and maintenance of buildings.
• Experience in similar role in complex technical environments (hospitals/labs).
• Good command of Dutch; English helpful in international context.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of contractors and subcontractors.
• Conserve, manage and maintain assets connected to locations.
• Provide input for design and implementation of new projects.
• Serve as on-site link between technical management and service teams.
• Ensure services meet client performance requirements.
