Job summary

Basic-Fit seeks a Facility Process & Transformation Lead to bridge facility vision with day-to-day operations. You will turn ideas into practical processes, build and maintain a service catalogue, and collaborate with IT to optimize ticket routing and workflow changes.

You will deploy AI agents to speed up service delivery and ensure asset data is managed effectively. With a background in facilities, you’ll communicate clearly with senior management and suppliers, and play a key role across

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Facility Management or Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience in facility roles with process and/or project responsibility.
• Experience with ticketing/service management systems and setting up a service catalogue.
• Affinity with AI tools/agents and process automation.
• Knowledge of IFM models, preferably multi-client environments.
• Experience with KPI/SLA management and supplier data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic plans into concrete, workable processes.
• Build and maintain the service catalogue within the Helpdesk system.
• Create workflows, escalation paths and categorisation with IT; implement changes as needed.
• Deploy AI agents to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure asset data collection and support new asset management system.
• Monitor processes, flag issues, advise managers and measure supplier KPIs and SLAs.
