Wesco Anixter in Almere is building a brand-new Centre of Excellence and is seeking a Manager Facility to oversee operations from day one. You will lead construction and fit-out projects, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage the facilities budget while liaising with landlords, suppliers, and contractors.

You will own Health, Safety & Environment on site, coordinate risk assessments and safety actions, and drive a strong safety culture within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is a hard requirement.
• Experience with risk assessments (RI&E), inspections, contractor safety management, corrective action plans and on-site regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility operations and manage construction and fit-out projects.
• Set up and manage preventive maintenance programmes.
• Review capital expenditure requests and manage the facilities budget.
• Coordinate repairs with the landlord and with suppliers/contractors to ensure cost-efficient procurement.
• End responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment on site; coordinate inspections, risk assessments and corrective action plans.
• Build and maintain a strong safety culture on site.
