Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect building and installations including sprinkler systems, heating, cooling, and emergency power.
• Detect and log malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to determine causes.
• Perform repairs on installations and inventory, disassembling and replacing parts when needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on technical systems and installations.
• Check cash register systems to ensure optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with external contractors for maintenance or repair tasks.
• Assist with internal relocations and layout adjustments.
• Reposition lighting, cash registers, and PC hardware within the building.
• Monitor inventory of tools and basic materials and order necessary items.
