Job summary

Sandvik Eindhoven is seeking a Facility Coordinator to ensure reliable, well‑maintained warehouse facilities and infrastructure. You will coordinate maintenance, engage contractors and manage supplier performance, from initial request through to completion, while driving continuous improvement.

Dutch and English proficiency are required, and you’ll work closely with DHL resources, the building owner and external providers on site.

Qualifications

• A relevant vocational or higher professional qualification in Facility Management, building services, technical services or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, building management, technical services or a comparable operational role.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Experience managing service contracts, Service Level Agreements and supplier performance.
• Basic finance experience, including budgets, quotations, purchase orders and invoice management.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused with ability to set priorities and follow actions through to completion.
• Good competency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively attend to maintenance issues for the building and engage contractors to resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and enhancements with technical representatives, landlords and third-party contractors.
• Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules are up to date and complete remedial work as needed.
• Act as primary contact for Facility-related requests and operational issues.
• Maintain clear records of maintenance activities, inspections, agreements and actions.
