Qualifications

• Dutch and English language proficiency required.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Technically skilled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and set priorities.
• Living within 50 km radius of ’s-Hertogenbosch with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for building‑related issues.
• Supervising contractors and service companies on premises.
• Assisting with security tasks and on‑call emergencies.
• Performing small repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing sanitary blockages.
• Helping with internal office moves, adjusting desk heights.
• Occasional tidying and cleaning tasks.
• Administrative and registration tasks.
