Job summary

Generator Hostels ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead the team at Generator Amsterdam. You will collaborate with the F&B management to deliver smooth operations, provide excellent service and drive revenue while maintaining high standards and hospitality flair.

You will own the guest journey, respond promptly to requests, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations while training and guiding the team for peak performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B management and leadership
• Strong organisational and people skills
• Guest-focused approach with commercial acumen
• Eligible to work in the EU

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation
• Support revenue, costs and teamwork objectives
• Own the guest journey to deliver a unique Generator experience
• Respond quickly to customer requests with a can-do attitude
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the F&B menu
• Ensure H&S, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
• Develop and train staff to meet required standards
• Communicate clearly to align team goals
