Generator Amsterdam is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join Europe’s fast-moving hospitality brand. You will support the F&B management team to deliver a smooth operation, ensure service excellence, and drive guest satisfaction in a buzzing Amsterdam location.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and uphold H&S and hygiene standards while contributing to revenue growth and cost control within a dynamic, urban hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service ethos and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B management team to run a smooth operation.
• Assist in driving revenue, controlling costs and teamwork.
• Own the guest journey to create a unique Generator experience.
• Respond quickly to customer requests with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and service standards.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance is met.
• Develop and train team members to meet standards.
• Communicate clearly and motivate the team toward goals.
