Your role at the Regency

Approaching every F&B task as if you're doing it for someone special.
Always welcoming guests with a warm and friendly smile. Your hospitality can brighten their day.
Offering sincere assistance to co-workers and guests whenever necessary.
In the event of accidents or injuries to guests, responding promptly and alerting your supervisor immediately.
Addressing guest complaints and issues with empathy, aiming for resolution and satisfaction by informing your supervisor.

Your experience

Prior experience in F&B is great!
Good English language skills are important, even better if you also speak Dutch.
We highly value reliability and responsibility - if you're someone who doesn't shy away from their duties, you're exactly who we're looking for.
You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country.
