Are you a hotel school student and looking for a project management internship in our F&B department? Then the Amstel Hotel invites you to join our dynamic F&B team!

What is the internship about?

The Management Internship at the Amstel Hotel seamlessly integrates hands‑on, operational management and ensures excellent guest experiences at different locations, with strategic project coordination and administrative tasks. In direct collaboration with the Director of F&B, you will be involved in various projects, including the implementation of a mobile application, the creation of training materials and platforms, the setting up of a supply chain management system, the coordination of food and drink tastings, planning promotional and special events, analyzing labor reports, planning renovation programs and managing inventory for real estate china, silver and glassware.

This extensive experience offers you as an intern a good understanding of both the daily activities and the overarching project management within the sphere of hospitality leadership.
