Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking an F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets including Bar & Restaurant, Breakfast, and Banqueting within the LEO'S Food & Beverage team. You will work with Heads of Departments across hotel operations to maintain high standards and a seamless guest experience.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with policies while managing budgets and delivering a memorable Royal guest experience across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Completed a related MBO or HBO education.
• At least 5 years' managerial F&B experience.
• Creative and able to surprise us with innovative ideas.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to analyse data and take action.
• Integrity with a people-oriented and motivating leadership style.
• Strong commercial knowledge with relevant successes.
• Hospitality is in your blood and you know how to convey this to your team.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone by knowing the daily needs of operations in F&B.
• Daily check-in with your team and review daily reports.
• Be the communication point for other departments.
• Improve F&B operations and create a pleasant working environment.
• Ensure compliance with F&B policies, standards, and procedures through training and hands-on management.
• Oversee talent development and empower the team to grow.
• Drive guest experience and the Royal Feeling across outlets.
• Manage budgets, P&L, payroll productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate sustainability and local sourcing in F&B.
