Job summary

Leonardo Hotels IJmuiden Seaport Beach is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to join Chef's! Food & Drinks IJmuiden. You will lead the on-floor team during service, events and meetings, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.

Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will review schedules, place orders and create staff rosters, while coaching colleagues to perform at their best. A hands-on, proactive attitude and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or Shift Leader experience in hotel F&B.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate a team.
• Proactive with ideas to enhance guest experience.
• Flexible availability and willingness to discuss working hours.
• Own transport; IJmuiden is not easily reached by public transport.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team on the floor to ensure smooth service.
• Review schedules, place orders and create staff rosters.
• Hold team discussions and coaching with the F&B Manager and other departments.
• Be a role model with a hands-on attitude to guest service.
