Job summary

Leonardo Hotels IJmuiden Seaport Beach is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager who reports to the F&B Manager and leads the on-floor service for Chef’s! Food & Drinks and events in our 14 function rooms.

On shift you will inspire, train and motivate the team, review schedules, place orders and create staff rosters, while collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to stay energised during busy service periods are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B teams in hotels.
• Energetic, motivated, and able to inspire others.
• Proactive with ideas to improve guest experience.
• Flexible working hours with shift patterns.
• Reliable transport to IJmuiden.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team on the floor and during events.
• Coordinate service in Chef’s! Food & Drinks.
• Review schedules and place orders during quieter times.
• Create staff rosters and train colleagues.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager and other departments.
