Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee Bar & Restaurant, Breakfast, and Banqueting outlets within the LEO'S Food & Beverage team. You will collaborate closely with Heads of Departments across hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed related MBO or HBO education.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in F&B.
• Creative with ability to surprise with innovative ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and take action with insights.
• People-oriented leadership style with integrity.
• Solid commercial knowledge and proven successes.

Responsibilities

• Set daily operating needs and lead the F&B team.
• Daily team check-ins and review of reports.
• Serve as communication hub with other departments.
• Drive improvements in F&B operations and team environment.
• Ensure compliance with all F&B policies through training and supervision.
