Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an F&B Management Trainee to support daily operations and develop leadership skills. This role involves assisting the F&B Manager and Supervisors, coordinating the team for smooth service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be enrolled in a hotel or hospitality management program and possess excellent communication skills. Benefits include a monthly allowance, complimentary lunch, and potential for continued employment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program at HBO level.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English, and an added advantage if you also speak an additional language.
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors with daily operations and taking on supervisory responsibilities.
• Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations.
• Ensure all guests’ needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
• Anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight delays and airline-related demand, developing strong adaptability in a highly dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the F&B Manager.
• Actively contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment.
