Vessel in Amsterdam is offering an F&B Management Intern role to support the Restaurant Manager and keep the restaurant running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

You’ll dive into reservations, guest interactions, and on-floor service, while brainstorming concepts with the team and gaining hands-on experience across hospitality. English communication is a plus, and a flexible, guest‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality and eagerness to start.
• Natural host with good communication.
• Flexible attitude and collegial commitment to 24/7 operations.
• Knowledge of Amsterdam including non-touristy spots.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Interact with guests on the floor and welcome them warmly.
• Participate in reservations, events, and on-the-floor service.
• Collaborate on new concepts and improvements for Vessel.
