Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service with emphasis on efficiency and coordination.
• Coach and develop the Food & Beverage team during the internship.
• Support projects for the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager, cost control and budgets.
• Handle complaints and maintain high service standards across departments.
• Gain hands-on knowledge of products, materials and communication tools.
