Park Plaza invites you to join as a Food & Beverage Management Intern at Park Plaza Vondelpark. You will gain insights into managerial duties across our F&B concepts and help deliver memorable guest experiences with a friendly, service-focused approach.

You’ll receive an €750 internship allowance, a meals during shifts, and exposure to PPHE Hotel Group opportunities across Europe. The role emphasizes learning, teamwork and hospitality values.

Qualifications

• Warm welcome to all guests and passion for food and drinks.
• Helpful, can-do approach and commitment to great service.
• Ability to explain menus and check dietary/allergy requirements.
• Willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to new challenges.
• Interest in understanding F&B management and inter-department connections.
• Available for internship with minimum length of 5 months.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel valued.
• Assist the FB Manager and support the team to deliver memorable experiences.
• Explain menus, suggest options and accommodate dietary needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Support events, promotions and daily F&B activities.
