Job summary

art'otel Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern to join our team opposite Amsterdam Central Station. You will gain hands-on experience across restaurant, bar, breakfast and events, delivering service on the floor and ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for food, drinks, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events.
• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging, and professional approach.
• Support mise en place, service preparation, and closing duties.
• Explain menus, make recommendations, and support guests with dietary requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Stay flexible and support different outlets depending on business needs.
• Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
