Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking an F&B Employee to manage restaurant and banqueting, delivering attentive service and engaging with both national and international guests.

You are an authentic host, comfortable with busy service, and eager to share knowledge of food and wine. Training is provided by Minor Hotels University Northern Europe, with bonuses, employee discounts, and growth opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality or food & beverage service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of the restaurant and/or bar and mise en place.
• Seat guests and provide knowledge about food and wine.
• Support meeting and event breaks as needed.
• Deliver a high standard of service to national and international guests.
• Close the restaurant and prepare the banqueting spaces for the next day.
• Wrap up tasks and ensure smooth handover at shift end.
