Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Eindhoven is seeking a friendly F&B Employee who will manage restaurant and banqueting operations and greet guests with warm hospitality. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage team to deliver memorable dining experiences across the restaurant, bar, and events.

You bring a genuine passion for food and beverage, a can-do attitude, and good command of Dutch and English. Training and development opportunities are available within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Qualifications

• Willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Hard worker with an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Passion for food and beverage; relevant education helpful but not required.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and/or bar and prepare the dinner mise en place.
• Assist with meeting & event breaks as needed.
• Seat guests and deliver attentive service in line with NH standards.
• Share knowledge of food and beverage with guests and colleagues.
• Support closing tasks, including room service and banqueting setup.
