Job summary

NH Collection is seeking Service Staff (f/m/d) in Amsterdam to join the restaurant and banqueting teams. You will be an authentic host engaging with national and international guests and delivering outstanding service with personalised attention.

You will enjoy a dynamic hospitality role, supporting setup, service, and events, with wine knowledge enhancing guest experiences. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience as waiter in restaurant or upscale hospitality is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restaurant and banqueting service as a friendly, authentic host.
• Set up restaurant and bar areas and assist with mise en place for dinner and events.
• Seat guests, explain menus, and ensure memorable guest experiences.
