Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Hoofddorp, NL is looking for an F&B Employee (f/m/d) to manage restaurant and banqueting operations, ensuring a warm and authentic hosting experience for national and international guests. You will be responsible for setting up the dining and event spaces, serving guests, and contributing to memorable experiences.

You’ll work on daily handovers, be involved in setting up Mise en Place, delivering room service, and assisting with Meeting & Event breaks while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience as waiter in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Customer-service oriented and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Set up restaurant and bar and prepare dinner mise en place.
• Seat guests and provide wine knowledge to enhance the experience.
• Deliver room service and assist with banqueting setups.
• Close restaurant and prepare for the next morning, assisting with final tasks.
