The Role

As the Floor Manager Jansz., you are both a team leader and hands-on host on the floor. You coordinate and elevate the service - whether it's an intimate lunch, a buzzing weekend dinner, or a flawless private event. You brief the team, ensure smooth communication with the kitchen, monitor quality, and step in wherever needed. You set the tone and standard for what truly exceptional service looks like at Jansz.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead, organize and support daily operations within Jansz. and across our F&B outlets when needed.

Deliver briefings, oversee Function Sheets, and align closely with the kitchen team.

Guide your team with confidence, motivation, and a 'lead by example' mindset.

Greet guests warmly, manage orders, and ensure a refined guest experience from start to finish.

Maintain an overview of service, jump in when necessary, and resolve any issues with grace.

Coach and train new team members and interns, ensuring they thrive within our standards.

Safeguard quality, hygiene (HACCP), and efficiency while upholding the signature style of Jansz.

Who You Are

You have solid experience in a supervisory or team lead role within high-end hospitality.

You are a natural communicator, calm under pressure, and quick to make smart decisions.

You exude genuine hospitality and have a strong eye for service and style.

You speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus).

You are flexible, energetic, and love being on the floor during busy service moments.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about storytelling and guest experience.
