Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Support Technician for the European Space Agency in Noordwijk, Netherlands. The selected candidate will provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and Mac OS client devices and assist users with corporate applications. Candidates should have vocational training in IT, at least 4 years of experience, and be fluent in English. This position may require occasional work outside regular hours, and applicants must be eligible to work in the EU.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in Information Technology or similar subject.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a similar subject is a strong asset.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in providing support to Windows OS and Mac OS based client devices.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd level call resolution for various IT systems.
• Categorize and log user requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain and update Knowledge Base DB and procedures.
• Assist users with corporate services and applications.
