Job summary

EY wavespace Amsterdam is offering an Experience & Facilitation Intern role. You’ll help design and deliver client workshops, support facilitators, and create presentations while supporting executive events and client engagements.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in workshop design, exposure to strategic client engagements, and opportunities to explore AI, innovation, and business transformation topics within a high-tech wavespace environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Strategic Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, Event Management, Marketing, or Organizational Studies.
• Hands-on experience in workshop design and facilitation.
• Exposure to strategic client engagements.
• Experience organizing executive events and innovation experiences.
• Experience with AI, innovation and business transformation topics.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and delivery of client workshops and innovation sessions
• Assisting facilitators during workshops and events
• Creating presentations, workshop materials, and visual content
• Supporting the organization of executive events and client engagements

Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As an Experience & Facilitation Intern, no two days are the same. You may be helping design a workshop on AI transformation, supporting an executive event, preparing presentations, capturing outcomes from client sessions or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities include:

Amsterdam
Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor.
